Home collection is available from 6:00 AM to midnight on all days. Same-day and advance booking are possible, while advance booking is preferred for early-morning slots.
The usual service footprint extends up to approximately 35 km from the GK-I laboratory. Serviceability, current charges and the available time are confirmed before the booking is accepted.
The current policy does not levy a collection charge when the bill value exceeds ₹1,000. This is a price-policy item and should be reconfirmed before launch.

The phlebotomist verifies details, collects the sample and applies the patient barcode.
Transport and accession
The sample travels to the laboratory and is checked for identity and suitability.
Test, review and deliver
Testing follows departmental workflow; reports are delivered through the selected digital or print channel.

Can I book for the same day?
Yes, subject to route and phlebotomist availability.
Do I need to fast?
Only when the requested test or clinical instruction requires it. Confirm before the visit.
Can I cancel?
No advance is normally collected. Cancellation is possible before test processing begins; final policy wording requires approval.
Can you guarantee an exact arrival time?
No. A slot is confirmed, but traffic and operational factors can affect arrival. The patient should be informed if a delay occurs.
